Growing up with a grandmother with Celiac Disease and a mother operating a gluten-free company for 20 years, Hunter is well-versed on how to safely cook for someone following a strict gluten-free, dairy-free diet. This is a special program outside of our regular Atina and Katana restaurant menu.
