Owners, Jeff and Jessica Hale, long time Roaring Fork valley locals, have always had a passion for great food and a dream to one day open their own restaurant. Opportunity presented itself and we teamed up with Chef Hunter Hale - who also happens to be our food- obsessed son! Chef Hale has worked at restaurants all over the Roaring Fork

Chef Hale has worked at restaurants all over the Roaring Fork Valley and in Phoenix, AZ, while he completed his degree. His passion, excitement and creativity bring amazing flavors to the food we serve at Patina Grille!

We refuse to compromise on quality with our ingredients. That's why we source our fresh ingredients from local Colorado farmers whenever possible.
We strive for fresh, never frozen and make as many items in-house as possible - from our stocks, aioli's, pickled veggies and pesto, to our house-made pasta.
